our online shop is active and shipments are normally dispatched from Italy (BOLOGNA)

However, there may be possible delays of a few days in deliveries due to the current legislative decrees that are continuously changing related to COVID-19 or to service disruptions caused by couriers that are not dependent on our work.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order and shipped after verification by the company that supervises the payments. 

Delivery in ITALY will be made in 3-6 working days (INDICATIVE TIMES) with SDA EXPRESS COURIER.

Delivery outside of ITALY within the EUROPEAN UNION will be made in 3-6 working days (INDICATIVE TIMES) with FEDEX with one delivery attempt; otherwise, it will be delivered to the nearest collection point to the delivery address and indicated on the shipment tracking.

If the FEDEX courier is not available, an alternative carrier will be used. 

In orders where "in-store pickup" is available, pickup will be ready within 3 business days. 

Free shipping in Italy for orders starting from €100.00 (UNINSURED)

There are no customs fees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Free shipping in the Euro area outside national borders for orders starting from €250.00 (insured in case of theft or loss by the courier)

The transportation cost for shipments in the Euro area is optional and amounts to: 

Euro 10.00 uninsured (value of the contents non-refundable in case of theft or loss by the courier)

Euro 12.00 insured (value of the contents refundable in case of theft or loss by the courier) 

If you choose not to insure the shipment, in the event of theft or loss by the courier, you will not be entitled to any electronic voucher or return of the lost goods or refund upon delivery as indicated by the tracking. 

All shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) 

This term indicates that the seller assumes responsibility only for the shipment of the product and that, at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping carrier any import costs, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees and disbursements.
