Information on returns and refunds

A) RETURN FOR MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENT WITH ELECTRONIC VOUCHER
The customer can request a return for merchandise replacement (size exchange or model exchange), with the issuance of an electronic voucher of equal value, within 3 working days from the receipt of the order. The voucher will be usable without expiration exclusively on nym-store.com.
All products come with an identification tag. Customers are advised to try on garments without removing tags or seals.
NYM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, shipments sent beyond the indicated deadlines, or those that do not meet the product integrity conditions.
For returns managed through option A, a return ticket fee is charged to the customer:

€ 5,99 for national shipments

€ 15,00 for euro area shipments
After the return is approved, the customer will receive the label to apply on the package via e-mail. Once the products are received and their integrity verified, NYM will issue an electronic voucher of equal value.
Return with voucher is an additional commercial facility offered by NYM. Once the voucher is chosen, it will no longer be possible to request a refund through the right of withdrawal for the same items.
B) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITH REFUND
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, as provided by articles 52–59 of the Consumer Code.
To proceed, it is necessary to send a communication to info@nym-store.com, request the withdrawal form and return the goods according to the instructions received. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated on the website at the time of the order.
Return shipment
All items subject to return related to the same order must be sent in a single shipment.
NYM reserves the right not to accept returns from the same order sent at different times.
Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as the purchase.
The refund will apply exclusively to products actually returned.
Conditions of returned products
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Products must be returned:

in intact condition, not damaged;

not used beyond the simple fitting of the garment;

with original tags, labels, and seals intact;

free of stains, marks, odors, or other alterations.
In case of excessive use, damage, or lack of essential elements, NYM may apply a proportional reduction of the refund or refuse the return, making the goods available to the customer for collection.
Exclusions from withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products indicated by art. 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

customized or tailor-made items;

sealed products not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and opened after delivery;

goods inseparably mixed with others;
-
digital content not provided on a material support after the start of execution.
CLAUSE FOR PROTECTION AGAINST ABUSIVE BEHAVIORS (VALID AND LEGITIMATE)
NYM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or permanently disable access to the site and the ability to place new orders for customers who engage in abusive, fraudulent, or contrary behaviors to these terms of sale, or that may cause economic, operational, or reputational damage to the company.
Such behaviors include, by way of example:

improper or instrumental use of the right of return or withdrawal;

repeated and unjustified requests for refunds or chargebacks;
-
attempts to return used, damaged, or unsuitable items;
-
violations of the terms of sale;
-
conduct that causes damage to NYM.
Account suspension may occur without notice and without the need for further communication to the customer.
